Oven temperatures: Fan-forced or convection?

Our dinners are cooked using fan-forced ovens and the cooking instructions reflect this with '(ff)'. If you don’t have a fan-forced oven you can add 10 degrees to the temperature listed in our instructions. Ovens do vary so please adjust times if nec
