Oven temperatures: Fan-forced or convection?Updated a month ago

Our dinners are cooked using fan-forced ovens; you’ll see (ff) in the instructions.

If you don’t have a fan-forced oven, simply add 10°C to the listed temperature. All ovens vary, so keep an eye on your dinner and adjust cooking times if needed.
