Here’s what to expect when you place an order:

1. Check delivery & fees – See if we deliver to your area and view thresholds on our Delivery Info Page

2. Choose your delivery date – At checkout, select a date that suits you and add any delivery instructions.

3. Order confirmation – Once packed, you’ll receive an email. After this, we cannot change your order or delivery.

4. Tracking – Within 24 hours of delivery, you’ll get an SMS with a tracking link. Check after 7 am on the delivery day for the most accurate ETA.

5. Delivery confirmation – You’ll receive another SMS once your order is delivered. If there’s an issue, contact us immediately on (02) 8310 6508.

6. Bring it in & enjoy – Stock your fridge and freezer with your delicious dinners!

Tip for first-time deliveries: Our courier may ask you to confirm your address with photos – it helps avoid delivery errors.
