Dinner’s on the way, and we can’t wait for you to stock your freezer! Our delivery drivers ensure your meals arrive safely and stress-free.

What our drivers do:

• Deliver to the address provided at checkout (as confirmed in your order email).
• Follow your delivery instructions where possible.
• For apartments: leave orders in the lobby if accessible, or under the buzzers if not. They cannot deliver to your unit door.
• For houses: leave orders by the front door or at a nominated safe spot.
• All deliveries are insulated with a foil box and ice pack to keep meals cold for hours.

What our drivers cannot do:

• Call on arrival or enter your home/property.
• Deliver to backyards, garages, or over fences.
• Navigate unsafe or unclear driveways.
• Deliver to areas with loose dogs.

Receiving your order:

• SMS is your primary delivery notification. Drivers do not knock or ring.
• You do not need to be home, but please bring the order in promptly.
• We are not responsible for stolen or unattended deliveries.
