We can’t wait for you to stock your freezer. Our delivery drivers ensure your meals arrive safely and stress-free.

What our drivers do:

• Deliver to the address provided at checkout (as confirmed in your order email).
• Follow your delivery instructions where possible.
• Apartments: orders are left with reception, in the lobby, or at the building entrance. Drivers cannot deliver to your unit door.
• Houses: leave orders by the front door or at a nominated safe spot.
• All deliveries are insulated with a foil box and ice pack to keep meals cold for hours.
• SMS notifications are sent to alert you of your delivery, these are your reminders to retrieve your order as soon as possible.

What our drivers cannot do:

• Call on arrival or enter your home/property.
• Deliver to backyards, garages, or over fences.
• Navigate unsafe or unclear driveways.
• Deliver to areas with loose dogs.
• Deliver to specific levels in an office building or business, orders are left in a safe, accessible location at the driver’s discretion.
