Clear instructions help our drivers find your home and leave your order exactly where you want it. Keep instructions under 110 characters for clarity.
What to include:
- Buzz/gate codes or building access instructions
- House or building colour and number
- Safe spot to leave the order if you’re not home
- Directions for tricky driveways, large complexes, or apartments
What drivers cannot do:
- Call on arrival (they can’t use phones while driving)
- Enter your home, garage, backyard, or unpack your order
- Drop orders over fences or in unsafe locations
- Navigate driveways that are narrow, steep, unlit, or unsafe
- Enter properties with loose dogs
Apartment deliveries: Orders are left in the lobby if accessible; otherwise, under the buzzers. Delivery to your unit door isn’t possible.
Delivery notifications: You’ll receive three SMS messages:
- The evening before your delivery, with your tracking link
- When your delivery is next in line
- When it’s been delivered (with photos of where it’s left)
