When a gift order is delivered, SMS notifications go to the mobile number listed with the shipping address. Only one number can receive these messages. You, as the purchaser, will receive a confirmation email showing the delivery date and time slot.

To ensure your gift is received safely:

• Recipient awareness: Surprise orders are strongly not recommended. Make sure your recipient knows a delivery is coming.
• Mobile number: Enter the recipient’s mobile number at checkout so they receive delivery notifications and tracking links.
• Safe drop-off location: If the recipient may not be home, nominate a safe place in the delivery instructions.
• Delivery notifications: Your recipient will receive three SMS messages:
  1. The evening before with a tracking link.
  2. When the order is next in line so they know it’s about to arrive.
  3. Once delivered, including photos of where the order has been left.

Important:

• We are not responsible for orders after delivery. Ensure the address is correct and the drop-off location is safe.
• If you use your own mobile number, you must inform the recipient when the order is arriving and when it has been delivered so they can store it safely.
• Provide separate billing information in case we need to contact you regarding the order.
