Delivery Dates & Changes

At checkout, you can choose your delivery date and window. We cannot guarantee specific times within that window; the number on file will receive an SMS with a live ETA. Make sure the mobile number entered is the one that will receive the order.

Changing your delivery date or address
Contact us as soon as possible during business hours if you need to change your delivery. Once your order is packed, changes are difficult to accommodate. We require at least 1 business day’s notice before your delivery window starts.

Example: Delivery Wednesday 7am–6:30pm → contact us before 7am Tuesday.

For orders due within 24 hours, changes aren’t possible. Please arrange for a neighbour, friend, or family member to accept the delivery if needed.
